Welcome!

Hello, my name is Emma, and this blog, as you've found out is Virginia Chicken Mix.

I have chickens, have been raising them since 2014, and I am starting ducks this year (2015).

Over the coming months, years I hope, I'll share chicken and duck tid bits I've learned, I like to try to do things naturally..but it doesn't always work out!!

I own a mixed flock, of all sizes! I also own a 'herd' of rabbits, and I 'want' to have my own garden this year, but we'll see how that goes!
